This module on Social Monitoring attempts to bridge this gap by evolving a conceptual framework for Social Monitoring, the practice of which will be demonstrated with the help of a number of tools.
The module looks at Social Monitoring from the perspective of a Policy maker or Social Accountability Practitioner and caters to their specific requirements by providing a concise overview of the concept and practice of Social Monitoring.
